2. Purchase Terms

  • One-time purchase. All skills are sold as a one-time purchase. You pay once and can use the purchased skill forever.
  • Version-specific. Your purchase grants you access to the specific version of the skill available at the time of purchase. Future versions or updates may require a separate purchase.
  • Payment processing. All payments are processed through Buy Me a Coffee. By completing a purchase, you also agree to their terms of service.
  • No refunds. Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a skill has been delivered.

3. License & Usage Rights

  • Personal use. You may use purchased skills for your own personal projects.
  • Commercial use. You may use purchased skills for commercial projects, including client work and products you sell.
  • No redistribution. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or give away the skill files to others. Each user must purchase their own license.
  • No modification for resale. You may not modify the skills and sell them as your own product.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

All skills are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Warranties of merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement
  • Accuracy or reliability of results

5. Limitation of Liability
